Today, we employ around 350 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Digital Experience Lead who wants to make a difference.

Brand & Marketing

As part of the core functions at Truesec, the brand and marketing team work collaboratively with every part of the organisation, both locally and globally. The marketing teams focus is to generate interest for Truesecs services and drive leads for the commercial teams. The goal is to continue to build and strengthen Truesec's brand as a trusted global cybersecurity partner as we continue to scale in several European markets and enter new ones. 

The marketing team consists of specialists that have a lot of ownership and responsibility over their area of expertise, combined with valuable partnerships with chosen agencies to assist us with projects outside the scope of the teams core competence.

The Role

Our global website serves as our digital hub, making the first impression on visitors, showcasing our brand and expertise, as well as directing users to essential information or actions. We continue to improve and enhance our website as well as our platform, to drive user engagement, first impressions and business success. As Digitial Experience Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping Truesec’s online presence, both website and other channels. We are in the mids of launching our new website, which follows our more defined service offering. This entails continuously improving our new website, with the exciting challenge of making it fly globally.

As our Digital Experience Lead, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments, including design, development, and customer support, to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and needs. As you will be responsible for overseeing performance metrics, your primary objectives will be to improve conversion rates and increase organic traffic to our website. You will also play a crucial role in building and refining processes across global and local teams, like SEO and content management. In addition, as an expert, you serve as a guide and resource for web editors, content providers, and other team members involved in our online presence.

Your Potential Background

You have experience with User Experience at a reputable company, managed global web initiatives, or possess a background in e-commerce. Alternatively, if you've honed your skills in a digital agency, working closely with UX and web development.

You have a proven track record of leading teams in agile environments, and you have at least 2 years of experience in content creation in collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners. You’re well-versed in utilizing a data driven approach, with a minimum of 3 years of experience using web analytics tools to track performance and make data driven decisions, such as Matomo/Piwik or Google Analytics. You’re also familiar with CMS tools like WordPress or similar.

You’re an inspirational leader with a commercial mindset, a deep understanding of both business objectives and user needs, and you have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class digital platform.

Required Skills

• Relevant education/diploma in Interaction Design, UX or similar, from Hyper Island, Berghs, Chas or similar.
• Experience in analytics tools like Matomo/Piwik or GA
• Experience in CMS tools such as Wordpress or similar
• Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a valid Swedish work permit
