Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Technical Architect who wants to make a difference in our CSIRT.

CSIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team)

Our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) of 38 people manages most of the large cyber security incidents in the Nordic region and some of the ones you hear about worldwide. The team consists of dedicated experts in forensics, advanced infrastructure, and incident management, and works tirelessly to solve the most complex challenges. Together, we have rescued countless global organizations from cyber-attacks and helped them get back to business with minimal impact.

The Role

You will be part of our dedicated, global Incident Response Team, working primarily to support organizations hit by ransomware, rebuild their IT environments, make improvements, implement new features, and ensure they are not breached again. This role will focus 70-80% on the post-breach phase, where we work both short- and long-term supporting the customer after a breach, ensuring they never have to experience a severe incident again. The remaining 20-30% is Incident Response work meaning that you will work reactively with helping organizations in need.

Your Potential Background

We believe that you have a background working as a sysadmin or consultant with 
enterprise IT experience. You have probably worked with all Windows versions from 2012 up to Windows 11 and Server 2022. In your current role you are probably the one with extensive experience and someone who people turn to when they don’t know how to solve things. 

You know on-prem environments, and also have some experience working with cloud (AAD, Microsoft365, etc.). It would be great if you have experience working with and troubleshooting VMware or have utilized things like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit in the past 5 years. You are a person who always, naturally thirsts for more knowledge and new competencies. You are also a structured person who is used to leading smaller teams and projects, taking responsibility for progressing and driving a project from start to finish.

Required Skills:

• PowerShell scripting.
• Active Directory (advanced).
• Windows troubleshooting.

Bonus Skills: 

• Hyper-V/VMware.
• Networking/firewalls.
• Linux/AWS/Google Cloud.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
