Do you want to be at the forefront of protecting our society against cyber threats? We are looking for a Team Manager to team up with the most dedicated team of cyber specialists in our Incident Response domain.
About Truesec – A Leading Cybersecurity Company
Since 2005, Truesec has been a native cybersecurity company, driven by one single purpose: Creating safety and sustainability in a digital world by preventing cyber breach and minimizing impact.
Over the years, we’ve earned the trust of organizations worldwide and gained a strong reputation internationally. Our team consists of dedicated specialists covering the entire spectrum of cybersecurity – with capabilities in Predict, Prevent, Protect, Respond, and Recover.
Today, we employ around 200 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to make a difference in our CSIRT.
CSIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team)
Our Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) manages most of the large cybersecurity incidents in Sweden and worldwide. The team consists of dedicated experts in forensics, advanced infrastructure, and incident management, and works tirelessly to solve the most challenging technical situations. Together, we have rescued countless global organizations from cyber attacks and helped them get back to business with minimal impact.
In this role as Manager in the IR-group you will be the go-to person for the team. They are a distributed international team with people living in the Nordics and the US right now. You will be in charge of development and salaries, social activities, recruitment - and above all, making sure the team is supported properly.
In many ways we function as a blue light organization. We work incident-based which means that working schedules for the team can differ from week to week. You'll be responsible, together with our Domain Lead, to make sure the right people are working with an incident - and also when they should not be working.
Administrative tasks, processes and structure to enable growth and quality - there's room for you to develop both yourself and us going forward.
In short, you'll be responsible for the daily leadership for the team!
Your Potential Background
You have solid leadership experience, preferably within the IT/tech-industry or emergency services. To have worked in an ever evolving business is a big plus since cybersecurity is a fast moving area. Collaboration and knowledge sharing is key at Truesec, it's important that you represent these values as well.
People are your passion and to lead a team with everything that comes with it is something you're dedicated to and strive to excel at.
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
Join Our Mission Toward a Safe Digital Future

So, are you ready to team up with the most dedicated team of experts and be part of a meaningful mission? Then we are excited to get to know you!
