Your role
Truesec Detect is growing rapidly; the need for companies to protect against cyber threats is ever increasing. Ransomware, spear phishing, data theft – words that were once distant and abstract have become reality and a serious threat. In this world, our services provide essential capabilities to our customers. To be successful, we need to work in close collaboration with our clients; continuously improve our deliveries, question and evolve our service offering. In order to better our ability to govern our deliveries, we are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be the operative main contact and responsible for a number of our customer deliveries. You will be instrumental in improving our next generation of delivery governance, making your mark on our way of working. You will work alongside some of the very best security analysts, operators and advisors in the world. You will join an organization driven by a single purpose; to prevent cyber incursions and protect data. An organization with little prestige and a great ability to move fast and make speedy decision.
Your role will also include
- Assist in the onboarding of new Detect&Disarm customers
- Drive and evolve and improve our customer deliveries
- Assist in developing and establishing the next iteration of our delivery governance model
- Help our customers to get insight in the services we provide
- Assist in the continuous development of our service offering
- Partaking in a culture of service, pride and joy
We think your experience and background includes
We believe that a successful applicant for this role comes from a similar role, either in the cyber security area or some other IT service delivery organization. You enjoy being in the forefront, operating close to the customer and the delivery organization. You have your tools of the trade, you remain cool under pressure and in stressful situations – having dealt with difficult situations before.
In short, your background probably includes
- 5-10 years of experience within Service Delivery Management or similar
- Strong experience within
- IT Service Delivery
- Relationship management
- Delivery Governance
- Reporting, presentation and delivery management
- A prestige free and professional mindset
- Great communication skills, verbally as well as written, in both English and Swedish
- Experience with ITIL and/or other process frameworks
