Today, we employ around 200 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Network Specialist who wants to create advanced security solutions in our Secure Infrastructure domain.

Secure Infrastructure

Looking at the actual threat landscape today, it’s more important than ever to design and build infrastructure solutions that incorporate correct and relevant security features. The team works closely together using their combined knowledge and experience gathered from different projects and Incident Response cases to help our customers stay ahead of the threat actors. We continuously help customers improve their security posture within cloud, data center, endpoint management, identity, M365, and networking

The Role

Currently at Truesec, we have only a few great experts in network security. We see
higher demand from our customers than we can deliver, which is why we are now looking to expand. The role is a versatile one; you can assist in our incidents, and help customers with the review, design, and implementation of better security features in the network area. Since there are only a few of us specifically in the network area, we would like you to help us expand it and drive customer dialogue forward.
Actual assignments could include:

• Conducting workshops on how to micro-segment customer networks for better security.
• Designing new networks.
• Security reviews in the network area based on knowledge gathered from customer Incidents.
• Actual Incident Response work.

Your Potential Background

We believe that you are the person that many people in your organization turn to when there are network problems/incidents. You can see the pros and cons in all vendors’ solutions and have the capability to choose the best solution for a specific customer (vendor agnostic). You have extensive experience in the area and could easily transform customer needs to secure solutions. You do not mind getting hands-on but also enjoy creating secure designs.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience within network security.
• Troubleshooting skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Network experience within cloud (AWS, Azure and Google).
• Threat hunting using network logs.
• Relevant certifications.
• Accustomed to working with various firewall vendors.
• Report writing.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
