Today, we employ around 270 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Cloud Security Engineer who wants to make a difference.
Cloud Security
The Cloud Security Team is a group of well rounded specialists with expertise in diverse domains. We collaborate with all internal domains of Truesec, securing our clients cloud environments by preventing breaches and minimizing impact.
The Role
As a Cloud Security Engineer you will be a technical expert in our cloud security team. Your mission will be to help prevent breaches and minimize impact in our clients cloud environments by designing, testing and deploying cloud security solutions. A large part of this roles responsibilities will also be acting as a cloud security expert in internal projects, sharing insights and competence in order to further develop Truesecs cloud security capabilities across all domains.
This could for example mean collaboration with the Security Operations Center in improving the monitoring capability of cloud environments, but also collaborating with other departments in how to package service delivery around cloud services.
Your Potential Background
You have a background of acting as a security engineer and you have successfully implemented and deployed security solutions in cloud platforms and you have some understanding of DevSecOps practices and technical security reviews.
Required Skills:
• Experience in implementing and deploying cloud security solutions (Azure/M365, AWS and GCP)
• Experience in infrastructure & network security
• Knowledge of cloud security architecture and configuration
• Knowledge of web application security and secure development (SSDLC), APIs security and experience with Kubernetes and penetration testing considered a plus
• Certifications for at least one of the following: Microsoft Azure M365, AWS and GCP (OSCP and other technical security certifications considered a plus)
Bonus Skills:
• SOC experience and some experience in how to build monitoring capabilities in the cloud
• Multi-cloud experience
Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Finnish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Finnish work permit.
