Through a holistic digital experience based on our cyber platform, we’re delivering global managed cybersecurity services. We’re now looking for a strengthening of the engineering team with an Engineering Manager.

The Role

As a Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of software engineers who develop our cybersecurity platform and managed cybersecurity services. Your ultimate objective is to ensure successful delivery of high-qualitative software in a sustainable way with the team.

Your primary approach to achieve this is by developing the team, both at an individual and team level. You’ll collaborate closely with the most senior architects and engineers to capture relevant feedback and input into how the team (at group and individual level) can develop to increase both productivity and job satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure that the team is fit for purpose and proactively drive recruitment of software engineering roles into the team

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, including performance management, coaching and development

• Together with the team, develop and implement software development strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery

• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to understand the correlation between the project planning, the engineering execution and follow-up

• Ensure that software development projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards in an inclusive and collaborative manner with the team

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and balancing progress and perfection at all levels  

Your Potential Background

In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have a solid technical background, experience from managing large software development teams, and excellent leadership and communications skills 

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
