Today, we employ around 200 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to make a difference.

The Core Functions

Truesec consists of several domains who act as partners towards our customers within various different areas of cyber security. The core function supports with e.g. Marketing, People & Culture, Internal IT and Finance and do so both locally and globally. All functions act and collaborate with the organization with a business objective in mind as the tasks are crucial for Truesec to continue to prevent cyber breach and minimize impact.

The Role

The Talent Acquisition function at Truesec supports all ten of the business domains, the internal functions and our international subsidiaries in four countries. In the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role you will support one of our largest domains, Truesec Detect that provides 24/7 security monitoring services. 

You will be responsible for scaling the team in Detect and take ownership of all recruitment activities within the domain. Focus will be on the operative hands on recruitment including the full hiring process, employer branding, student events, forecasting, stakeholder management and more. In order to succeed with the operative tasks you need think long term and have a strategic plan to execute on continuously.

Truesec and the TA-function is in constant movement and will continuously evolve. You will have the opportunity to shape the TA function and way of working together with the team. 

Your Potential Background

We believe that you have a background within the talent acquisition field and have experience in filling "hard-to-find" positions through search and other creative ways, or that you have been part of recruiting larger volumes and helped streamline an effective process. You probably have experience from an in house function within Talent Acquisition and preferably have tried working with a variety of roles. It's likely, but not necessary, that your background includes:

• Recruiting of specialized roles within IT/tech
• Project management (improvements, change management)
• Stakeholder management

Due to the sensitivity of our work, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
