Detect & Disarm
Truesec Detect and Disarm is a managed service consisting of a skilled security analysis team that conducts 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers’ proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers’ IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.
You will lead a team that prevents breaches and minimizes impact of breaches 24/7 hours a day at our office in Stockholm. Together with the team you are tasked to further develop processes to safeguard secure operations and qualitative deliveries to our customers.
There is a complexity in leading people working shifts, it demands good communication skills, a sound support and strong presence from their manager. The team are tasked with the important work to keep our customers safe, and your mission is to have the insight to make sure they have the right conditions to do a good job and enjoy it. This means that you continually will oversee that the team has the right capacity and competence since you will be responsible for the qualitative delivery carried out by the team.
Our service is highly demanded as a result of the threat landscape, which means that we are growing rapidly. That means that you will need the analytical skills to plan and continually recruit relevant competence in your team.
In order to succeed we think you have a holistic mindset and have a good skill in understanding, and communication within and outside the team
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Plan for continuous training and development of teams and individuals
• Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives
• Direct the functions, processes, and operations of the team and ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and work with continuous improvement
