Today, we employ around 200 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Cyber Strategy Lead who wants to work long term with our customers and foster the growth of our Cyber Strategy Domain.

Cyber Strategy Domain

As a trusted advisor, we help our customers define their cybersecurity postures and create strategic roadmaps to strengthen their cyber defense capabilities, often utilizing relevant frameworks. Using their combined knowledge and experience, the team works closely together to guide our customers to improve their strategic and tactical cybersecurity capabilities. We also provide reliable, customized security solutions to help our customers stay ahead of cybercrime. Many of our strategic advisors also work as incident managers in our incident response team. Consequently, they gain unique firsthand experience relating to data breaches and cybercrime to further assist our customers in their strategic work.

The Role

You will have overall responsibility, including staff and P&L, for Truesec’s Cyber Strategy Domain and foster the growth of our strategic capabilities in the enterprise sector. This includes working collaboratively across all internal domains to ensure our customers receive the support they need from Truesec. By leading a team of senior strategic advisors working with long-term customer relationships, providing relevant services, as well as advice and guidance in strategic matters, you will ensure that Truesec is the best security partner for our customers, exceeding their expectations and preventing data breach.

Your Potential Background

You have experience working in cybersecurity as a strategic advisor, CISO, architect, or similar. You have a good technical background with a passion for frameworks and compliance. You’re comfortable maneuvering and talking with C-level executives at large enterprises (Swedish Top 30 revenue companies). You are a natural leader or have experience being a manager, working with sales (customer dialogues, contracts, quotes, etc.) and preferably finances (you will be responsible for P&L). You are a doer, able to do what needs to be done, but you can also paint the bigger picture and share your vision. 

Required Skills:

• CISSP or equivalent certification.
• Languages: native Swedish; full professional English (spoken, written, and presentation).
• Experience working with various frameworks like NIST.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
